The short answer
Amazon.ae’s own Lists show which saved items have dropped in price, but you have to open the list to see it, and we found no amazon.ae help page describing an alert at a price you choose. Keepa and camelcamelcamel, the best-known Amazon trackers, don’t cover the UAE store. To get a notification, share the product to a price tracker app that reads Amazon.ae. With PricePing, the iPhone price tracker app, you pick an alert (any drop, below a price, or a percentage drop) and get a push notification when the dirham price drops to match it.
What Amazon.ae gives you on its own
- Lists. Amazon.ae’s Lists page says you can check when items from your lists drop in price. It is free and worth using; it just waits for you to look.
- Was Price. Its help page defines the Was Price as the 90-day median price customers paid on Amazon, not counting limited-time deals. A big gap between Was and today’s price is a better sign than a List Price, which comes from the manufacturer, supplier or seller.
- Lowest Price in 30 Days. This label means the current price is lower than or equal to the lowest featured offer price for the item in the past 30 days.
- No price matching. Amazon.ae’s pricing page says it doesn’t price match, promotions only count during the promotion, and the cart always shows the latest price, which can go down (or up) after you add an item.

How to track an Amazon.ae price with PricePing
- Install PricePing, the iPhone price tracker app, and allow notifications when it asks.
- Open the product in the Amazon app or on amazon.ae in Safari.
- Tap Share and choose PricePing. Amazon's short links (amzn.eu) work as well as full product links, and you can also paste a link in the app.
- Choose an alert: Any drop, Below a price, or % drop.
- When the ping comes, open the product to see its price history since you added it, then buy on Amazon.ae as usual.

Which alert to pick for Amazon.ae
- Below a price when you know what you would pay. Use the Was Price as a guide: a target under the 90-day median is a genuinely good price.
- % drop when you want a real sale rather than a small move between sellers.
- Any drop for something you will buy soon anyway and just want at its lowest.

PricePing’s limits, honestly
- It is a subscription with no free tier. Monthly plans start with a 7-day free trial; yearly plans don’t have one.
- It is iPhone only for now. Android is in testing.
- Price history starts when you add a product. It can’t show what the price was last year.
- Prices are checked at least once a day, not every second, so alerts are not instant.

Does Amazon.ae have a price-drop alert?
Not one you set yourself, as far as Amazon.ae's own pages say. Its Lists page says you can check when items on your lists drop in price, so you see drops when you open the list. We found no amazon.ae help page that describes an alert at a price you choose, or a price history chart.
Does Keepa or camelcamelcamel work with Amazon.ae?
No. Keepa's App Store listing names Amazon locales in the US, Germany, the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Japan, India, Mexico and Brazil, and camelcamelcamel's country menu lists the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. The UAE is in neither list, as of October 20, 2026.
What does the Was price on Amazon.ae mean?
Amazon.ae's help page says the Was Price is the 90-day median price customers paid for the product on Amazon, leaving out limited-time deals. Lowest Price in 30 Days means the current price is lower than or equal to the lowest featured offer price in the past 30 days.
Does Amazon.ae price match or refund a price drop?
Amazon.ae's pricing help page says it doesn't offer price matching, that promotional discounts only apply to purchases made during the promotion, and that putting an item in your cart doesn't hold its price. So the way to pay less is to buy when the price is low, which is what a price alert is for.
How do I track an Amazon.ae price on iPhone?
Open the product in the Amazon app or Safari, tap Share and choose a price tracker app such as PricePing, the iPhone price tracker app. Pick an alert (any drop, below a price, or a percentage drop) and you get a push notification when a check finds a matching drop.
