Disclosure: PricePing makes this page, and the steps use the PricePing app. PricePing is not made by Nike and is not affiliated with it. Nike’s price adjustment rules are paraphrased from Nike’s own help pages, checked on October 20, 2026 (see Sources); they differ by country and can change.
The short answer
To track a Nike price on iPhone, open the product in the Nike app or on nike.com in Safari, tap Share, and send it to a price tracker app. With PricePing, the iPhone price tracker app, you choose an alert (any drop, below a price, or a percentage drop) and get a push notification when a check finds a drop that matches. PricePing reads Nike prices in the store’s own currency and keeps each product’s price history from the day you add it.
How to track a Nike price
- Install PricePing from the App Store and allow notifications, so the ping can reach you.
- Open the product in the Nike app or on nike.com and choose the colourway you want. Each colourway has its own page and its own price.
- Tap Share and choose PricePing, or copy the link and paste it in the app. Check the name and price it shows.
- Choose an alert: Any drop, Below a price, or a % drop.
- When the ping comes, buy from Nike as usual. PricePing never buys anything for you.
Tips for Nike shoes and clothing
Track the exact colourway
On nike.com, colourways of the same shoe can sell at different prices, and one can be marked down while another stays at full price. Track the colourway you would actually wear. If you would take either of two, add both and set the same alert on each.
Pick the alert that matches how you buy
- Below a price
- Best when you know your number. Say a running shoe is $140 and you would buy it at $100: set the alert below $100.
- % drop
- Best for clothing and lifestyle shoes that see deeper markdowns. A 25% rule ignores small moves and speaks up for a real sale.
- Any drop
- Best in the two weeks after you buy, when Nike may give you the difference back in the US and Canada (see below).
Sold out? Keep it in the list
Each product also has a Stock alerts setting, on by default: PricePing pings you when a tracked product sells out and again when it comes back in stock, going by what the store’s product page says. A sold-out pair can stay in your list until it returns.
Watch the same shoe at more than one store
Many Nike products are also sold by other stores PricePing reads, such as Namshi in the UAE, Amazon and Noon. Add the same shoe from each, and whichever drops first sends the ping.
After you buy: Nike’s 14-day price adjustment
In the US and Canada, Nike’s help pages say that if you bought an item on Nike.com or in the Nike App and an eligible Nike promotion or sale lowers its price within 14 days, Nike will refund the difference to Nike Members. The lower-priced item must be in stock and exactly the same: same style number, SKU, colour and size. You have to contact Nike within the 14 days, and there is one adjustment per product.
So after you buy, keep the product in PricePing on Any drop for two weeks. If a ping comes in time, you have what you need to ask. The exclusions are long (sitewide promotions, coupons, final sale, SNKRS and more), and we could not find the policy on Nike’s UK or Australian help sites. The full rules are in our guide to Nike’s price adjustment policy.
Track the rest of your list too
The same list holds Lululemon, Zara, Uniqlo, Allbirds and Gymshark, Amazon and almost any other online store, each with its own alert. See the Lululemon price tracker guide or how to get notified when a price drops at almost any store.
Prices: Personal (20 products) $4.99/month or $39.99/year; Power (50) $7.99/month or $59.99/year. 7-day free trial on monthly plans. US prices. The App Store shows your local price.
PricePing’s limits, honestly
- It is a subscription with no free tier. Monthly plans start with a 7-day free trial; yearly plans don’t have one.
- Price history starts when you add a product. It can’t show what the price was last year.
- Prices are checked at least once a day, not every second, so alerts are not instant.
Questions
How do I track the price of Nike shoes?
Use a price tracker app. With PricePing, the iPhone price tracker app, open the shoes in the Nike app or on nike.com in Safari, tap Share, choose PricePing, and pick an alert: any drop, below a price, or a percentage drop. You get a push notification when a check finds a drop that matches.
Can I see a Nike product’s price history?
From the day you add it. PricePing records every price it sees for the product from then on and shows it as a chart, so after a few weeks you can tell a real markdown from a small wobble. It cannot show prices from before you started tracking.
Does Nike refund the difference if the price drops after I buy?
In the US and Canada, Nike’s help pages describe a price adjustment for Nike Members: if an eligible Nike sale lowers the price of the exact item within 14 days of buying it on Nike.com or in the Nike App, Nike refunds the difference. There are many exclusions, and we could not find the same policy on Nike’s UK or Australian help sites.
Can I track Nike products sold by other stores?
Yes. PricePing has read Nike prices at Namshi in the UAE as well as on nike.com, and it also works with Amazon and Noon. Track the same shoe at two stores and you hear about whichever drops first.
Can PricePing tell me when Nike shoes are back in stock?
Yes. Each product has a Stock alerts setting, on by default, that pings you when a tracked product sells out and again when it comes back in stock, once each time it changes. It follows what the store’s product page says about the product you added.
Does PricePing work with the SNKRS app?
PricePing watches the price of a product page. It is not a tool for SNKRS launches or draws, and Nike’s US price adjustment excludes products sold in the SNKRS App.
What does PricePing cost?
PricePing is a subscription with no free tier. Monthly plans start with a 7-day free trial; yearly plans don’t have one. In the US, Personal (20 products) is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, and Power (50 products) is $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year. The App Store shows your local price.
