Gymshark price adjustment policy: what to do when the price drops after you buy

The short answer

No. Gymshark’s help center says it can’t offer price adjustments, refunds or credits for a price difference once your order is placed, and that includes discount codes that appear after you buy. What it does offer is a 15-minute cancellation window and 30-day returns on unworn, unwashed items. So if something you bought drops within 30 days of delivery, the route the written policy supports is to return it and buy it again at the lower price. The catch: in the US and Canada, an item at 60% off or more is Final Sale, so the second purchase can’t be returned.

Price adjustments: None. Gymshark says it can't offer price adjustments, refunds or credits for a difference in price once an order is placed, including discounts or codes that appear after you buy.
Discount codes after ordering: Can't be applied to an order once it is completed.
Cancelling an order: Within 15 minutes, from your Gymshark account or the order confirmation email. After that the order can't be cancelled or changed, and customer support can't do it for you.
Return window: 30 days from delivery for online orders, for items bought on gymshark.com or the Gymshark app, unworn and unwashed. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Final Sale: In the US and Canada, items with a final discount of 60% or more are marked Final Sale and can't be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Free returns: Free to a list of countries that includes the UK (mainland), the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and several other European countries.

What to do when the price drops

Inside 15 minutes? Cancel from your Gymshark account or the confirmation email and order again at the new price.
Check the date. Online orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Check the item. It has to be unworn and unwashed. Underwear, swimwear and bottles can’t be returned, and socks only in their sealed packaging.
Check the new price. In the US and Canada, 60% off or more makes the new purchase Final Sale. Make sure your size and colour are actually available at that price.
Buy at the new price, then return the first one. Buying first means you don’t lose your size while the refund goes through. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Before a big sale, such as Black Friday

With no price adjustments, timing matters more than usual. Black Friday 2026 is November 27. If there is a Gymshark item you plan to buy, add it to a price tracker now: by the time the sale starts you will know its usual price, and an alert tells you when it actually drops. How to hear about the drop in time

It is a subscription with no free tier. Monthly plans start with a 7-day free trial; yearly plans don’t have one.
Price history starts when you add a product. It can’t show what the price was last year.
Prices are checked at least once a day, not every second, so alerts are not instant.
